Our new episode on D-Day Assassins has been unfairly copyright claimed and blocked in the US, UK and other countries that comprise roughly 80% of our audience.
They rejected our dispute, which means the episode cannot come out at this time because our only two options are to escalate to an appeal (which could result in a ridiculous strike on our channel), or to try to re-edit the episode so it doesn't get claimed.
I'm going to try to re-edit to shorten the length of clips, but I'm very doubtful that will help.
To show you how silly this all is, the content match is claiming HUGE sections of our video are in violation. For instance, 7:43-15:35. The vast, VAST majority of that section is NOT clips from the movie, it's the two of us talking, with short clips sprinkled throughout, but the automatic flagging system is telling us that entire section is in violation.
So yeah. No new episode for now. We're recording again this weekend, so at the very least we'll have new episodes out in a couple weeks.
