Who is at fault when there is NO ACTION in a fight?

@ndalby5178

it is overuse of footwork WITHOUT accompanying OFFENSE to damage the opponent pressing. FLOAT like a BUTTERFLY, STING like a BEE. STING. MAKE the pressing fighter PAY

@GmoneyS2N

It can be the fault of either fighter, it always depends

The guy not throwing punches

If you run without doing anything else, the aggressor will almost always win 9/10 times. Look at Pernell vs Oscar, Pernell wasn’t running but he defended very well but his lack of offense costed him the fight.

@SovietStyle

Dmitry Bivol is a perfect example of an outboxer who still fights, throws AND lands more punches than any pressure fighter

@UndertowJoe

My logic is out-boxer is doing his thing well The pressure fighter is not executing his strategy well enough.

@srirampremi9447

Ali is the best example. Ali was an out boxer but he was barely an inch away from the opponent's gloves. He wasn't kilometres away. And he made you pay everytime you missed. People quit in their stool. Loma as well. They never ran. These Devin Haneys and Skulls, OMG are they making boxing boring.

In my opinion, if you're a pressure fighter and you're not doing the one thing that can give you the advantage, it's your fault.

I just wanna say canelo was cutting of the ring vs scull, it's just that every time he threw a hard punch scull would just move and avoid exchanging

The guy who loses. It's so frustrating to watch a fight where one guy is clearly losing and just doesn't do enough.

@OG_Bouz

I don’t care, I’m not going to stop moving. Outboxing is all about landing shots without getting hit. If all I need to do is keep circling, firing off jabs, and mixing in some uppercuts while pivoting whenever the in-fighter tries to cut the ring, then don’t expect me to trade bombs in the pocket, im not risking my health to please the people who are watching the fight....

Interesting the vote is a perfect 50/50. Not surprised. Depends how you look at it, but as an out-boxer with great footwork, I gotta put this one on the out-boxer. He should be countering or initiating the action. Stick and move

@technicaldeathmetalhead

It's on the pressure fighter. That's LITERALLY their fighting style. If you're a charging bull and can't catch the matador that's on you.

Let us remember that score in boxing is about hitting the gloves in the body or face. Running away from the fight and calling it defense should have deductions. Parries, slips, and blocks dont have score. Just like in basketball defense have no scores.

MAKE THE RING SMALLER !!!

@OlmecOriginal

People who say the pressure fighter is the problem. What if the pressure fighter decides to move back as well? We will just get no fight.🤔

@jonahsteiner8590

Be better at pressuring, if they run like a gazel, chase them like a tiger.(I’m a pressure fighter for context)
