Danny D'Angelo the KING of Laundry

Hi Danny,
It’s Richard Heighington. I have 4 laundromats in Prince George, B.C., it’s 9 hours north of Vancouver and like a cold Fairbanks Alaska. I did own every laundromat in town until a local guy built a new one in a mall, yes a mall. What really upsets me is that he didn’t even do the basic research on laundromats, not even one Google search. If he had, he would have come across your name and learned the truth about this business. I also have a Facebook group called “Laundromat Owners in Canada” with almost 3000 members who are all mostly ignorant of the basics of laundromat operations and specifically the lease! I would love it if I can post a video of you on my page speaking to Canadian operators.(obviously I know “free” laundromat can be done in Canada, I just think it’s funny that people still ask) I think you are probably the most important person in this laundromat space if you’re already an operator or want to own 1 or 10 laundromats. I wouldn’t have picked up my one free location if I didn’t see you on YouTube back in the day. I’ve been trying to grab a second “free” location in a town an hour away but it keeps selling to dummy after dummy. I am a good negotiator but maybe I need a great negotiator to get this one done.

@Wade_C

I'm in that group, and I got my free laundromat with these methods. But he's right most of the people buy laundromats and don't think it's possible, but I'm living proof you can.

@MrJaimealva

I ran across a new owner scouting one day and he didn’t even know his laundromat wasn’t on google maps. Normally I wouldn’t have said anything but I felt bad for the guy. I helped him out. I don’t even own a laundromat yet but I feel with Danny’s course and his YouTube I could run circles around most operators. This new operator had purchased the laundromat with his retirement money. All the old equipment is now his. He only had a few new tumblers.
