I feel like in terms reach and impact, it's between No Russian and that Advanced Warfare one with "Press F to Pay Respects". I mean, the F meme is literally still a part of internet slang 10 years later

Probably the Skyrim quest Unbound. Quotable, heavily memed upon, and the player's first step into a great game.

FarCry 3/Kick the hornets nest. Something about rolling up to that weed field, flamethrower in hand, and as soon as you pull the trigger the Skrillex drops. Chills 🥶

The Bombing Run from FF7/7Remake. Hits on every level and is probably the best introduction into a game ever. You could view it as a little dated before Remake came out, but seeing it redone for a more modern generation has made me realize, even more so, that it was always peak.

"You must save her...my daughter. And do whatever it takes to annihilate Ganon." This one takes the cake.

Pokemon Tower from Pokemon Red and Blue. The creepy Lavender music supposedly causing kids to have headaches, the ghost of a Marowak, Gary's dead Raticate theory, the thousands of creepypastas.. Just this one quest has a whole iceberg to it.
