Despite HH and HB magic and other abilities being physics defying and hard to define. What we know of the strength of some characters and comparing them to others, it's clear to see that the basic combat and destructive abilities of HH and HB are much smaller in scale than the Monsterverse. Ghidorah can just step on Asmodeus or something, and even if he isn't particular hurt by that for whatever magic reason, there's no reason to believe he can hurt Ghidorah more than Ghidorah can hurt him. It would just be Ghidorah trying to kill Ozzie for a while, not being able to, Ozzie not being able to significantly hurt Ghidorah, until one of them just decides to leave.

That version of Ghidorah Im not sure because there are stronger versions also we’ve never seen what Asmodeus can actually do if he has the power of a real primordial sin then he wins easily however this version is from Hellva Boss so who knows but currently I’d say Ghidorah wins because he’s generally known to destroy planets well at least the older versions have

MV ghidorah wins with low-mid diff, goji earth and goji in hell ghidoras ERASE asmodeus, like not even a milisecond and asmod is GONE. but any other incarnation of ghidora would likely lose or MAYBE win with extreme diff
