Korea is beautiful, the culture, the people, the food... It is true that it's not perfect or just as k-dramas, but that doesn't mean that is not a great country still. I love it!

Oh I absolutely love it. In short I just love your food, people and the culture. Korean people seem so well spoken, smart and beautiful. I’ve never been to Korea but whenever I see Korean tourists they’re just so put together and ooze this elegance, they’re so well mannered too. You can tell Korean people really care about their appearance and that’s something I can respect. You guys are some of the hardest workers too and that’s hella admirable. You also know how to drink really well and just have a great time lol. Your entertainment industry is top notch. Don’t even get me started on the food man, omg the side dishes and the spice and the flavors, you guys know how to cook! You should be proud that you’re Korean, I know I would.

I am mesmerized by the class system so prevalent in South Korea. So much emphasis is placed on your wealth, family background, education etc. Irrespective of a persons' feelings for another, if that other person isn't high enough on the "social ladder", it seems that marriage, or even dating for that matter, is simply out of the question; if not by one of the couple themselves, then their family, make it difficult if not impossible for the couple to remain a couple. And the pressure on youngsters to do well in their education places extreme stress on said youngster, at a time in their lives they shouldn't have a care in the world. But instead they're sent to 'cram schools' (?) after school, and made to study relentlessly. Let 'em go out and have fun with their friends!! They're kids!! P.S. You have some good K-Dramas, but man, there are some bad ones as well. Overall, it looks like a beautiful country with kind-hearted people...they just worry too much about what their friends and neighbors think, imo. Luv your vids mate! 👍

I love the most in korean culture, is being respectful to older generations, especially your parents. That's a thing, that get more and more lost in western countries. And of course korean food. 😋

The people, culture, art, food, the vibe, landscape and natural beauty, history. I love the modern arts scene and I’m talking about not just some of the kpop acts I like but also the whole scene and culture around creativity both traditional and non traditional. I like the traditions of respect and behaving well, it’s a nice change compared to western society lol. I know the study culture is too much, but I do like the pride taken in at least getting an education. The feeling I get when I’m in Korea is that it’s outward looking as well as inward looking, meaning Koreans know and are proud of who they are but they’re also interested in the world outside Korea. I think the youth are going to make some big changes for the better in coming decades, but will keep the Korean cultural identity alive too.

I love Korea and will be returning for my seventh trip in September. I love its natural beauty and its human-made beauty - the palaces, architecture, art, music, parks. I love the kindness of the Korean people and their basic decency and sense of fair play. I love the fact that I feel safe to walk around at night. I love the fact that I don’t worry about being pickpocketed. Korea is not perfect, but I love the fact that when Korean people decide that things aren’t right, they take action (unlike Americans, who, when they hear about another mass shooting, utter platitudes about praying for the victims and their families but take no action to change the laws).

I love korea as a place but in personal level it's disgusting, disappointing in level of judgment, competition ,wearing makeup ,, not looking good is a problem their, sexism, fair skin....I think they have a proper mindset that if u look like this then you are a perfect person otherwise you doesn't fit in Korean culture of beauty it just disgusting I CAN PROUDLY SAY I AM AN INDIAN WHERE PEOPLE ARE NOT SO JUDGMENTAL ND WE DON'T FEEL SO CONSCIOUS ABOUT ANYTHING

I am really happy to see Korea progressing as much as it is, especially as it moves away from conservative ideals. Also, even though Korea is such a small country, it has such a massive influence all around the world, especially in entertainment and beauty. I was very shocked to find out about how much a younger cousin of mine loves k-pop, as she comes from a very conservative and religious family, isolated in a very small town in a rural area. Korea has undoubtedly brightened her world and broadened her perspectives, which I will forever be grateful for.

I like the culture from what I can see, not only in kdrama but in your content and other YouTubers content as well. I met some people from SK back in 2017 and have wanted to learn more about them since.

tbh, I just like your content. It's refreshing to see a level of frankness and realness on anything Korean-related. 🥰

My parents are both Korean, and I was born there, but I've never lived there (I've only lived in Europe). I like watching street interviews and stuff to sort of gain wisdom on what people think and attitudes and so on.

Hehe, very good question! There is no one specific reason for me. I was introduced to K-dramas by my aunties when I was a kid in the early 2000s ( before the Internet and Netflix), and when I was a teenager, I got into K-pop ( suju etc). .. subsequently, I fell in LOVE with it after I travelled solo in 2014 to Korea 🩷 Now i enjoy reading and watching reels about social norms, cultural/society's point of views.. I'm just trying to understand how Korea society is 🤭🤭 and food food!!! and also fashion beauty things.. so many interesting things to know/learn/experience in Korea.. more than just kpop to me 🥰 soooo it's a loooong history for me, and I will probably love it for a long tim
