That could easily be just the chemicals from being lovebombed, which is easily misintepreted by the average person as genuine connection. This sentiment is potentially extremely dangerous for becoming out of tune with your intution. There's a quote that I feel is very relevant, 'learn to differentiate between your intuition guiding you, and your trauma misleading you'.

Sometimes we give to other people. And, as a result, we feel drained. We don't always need to be uplifted. Sometimes we can do the uplifting. If we do it enough, it will come back to us.

It took half my life to understand this, to feel it, to accept it and to be comfortable applying it. But thank God I got it!

A very wise person who is a teacher/mentor for me told me when I was REALLY overwhelmed by similar situations happening over & over even though I had changed/healed so much from trauma: No lesson goes away until it has taught you all you need to learn. Just that thought perspective has kept me going through so many terrifying times in on-going healing process. I love seeing all your empowering & positive posts/pod casts! YOU make a difference for those who need those affirmations that are lived/taught by you. I am grateful for your support for all who got damaged/broken along the way. You SHOW how to heal/take back your power♥️☮️
