There is two off the top of my head. The Elden Ring monster that glitches in the cave you teleport near the beginning of the game. And when Vinny and Imakuni were playing Sonic 3 and Knuckles and Vinny spindashed through a wall he was about to get crushed by.

I recall when Vinny pulled off a insane trick in Kirby's air ride that despite not having a lot of speed he went incredibly far . There's also modded super Mario 64 stream chaos edition I believe where he pulled off a insane speedruning trick without realizing it in the ice slide level without realizing it

It got a clip video recently, but the truck and the helicopter fusing during one of the Far Cry streams is always what my mind jumps to. That and Vinny seeing a shoe box clip through the cabinet in Luigi's Mansion 3.

I remember in Farm Simulator 2017 or 2018 when Vinny flipped the tractor and ended up below the map. Other simulator related one was airport simulator when Vinny made the airport terminal bend back into itself. Or when playing Sonic 3 with Imakuni, at the start of Hydrocity act 2, Vinny glitches inside of the wall instead of getting smashed by it.
