I watched it all. I was there when this empire was nothing but a few souls gathering together to comfort each other and celebrate each other’s success and achievements. I was there when more started to come and that celebration became worship. I was there when he reached thousands and hundreds of thousands of eyes watching him. I watched this empire as it was built and watched it prosper over night. But just as fast as it grew, it all fell apart. From a monstrous castle and city to a few buildings, those buildings to ruins, those ruins to rubble, that rubble to gravel, and that gravel to dust. Though unintentional, the king had only saw his empire growing and hadn’t thought to care for his people. When he returned with a gift to them, after months away, of course they cheered, but nobody could help but be disappointed in what they received. The hawk had fallen to the earth, and will never take flight again.

You have a 60% hit rate with your banger videos People just don't care about the times when you aren't rolling consecutive bangers out, like The Urinal

Years of building, all of it laid down to crumble. A plentiful community, now a barren waste. You have truly fallen off.

Soon glory shall return to you. I see it clearly. Do not lose faith, do not falter. Your journey has only just begun.

I think you need to work on your branding. People seem to click on the video for the premise or to follow a specific series. Your "lactose intolerant friend" videos & videos like "when you thought you knew what was on the test" is a relatable premise with over the top animation and action which makes it funny. A video like "the urinal" or "my mind when it's time to sleep" don't have that same grasping concept or thumbnail to hook audiences. When you look at meatcanyon, flashgitz, Avocado Animations, or Narmak. They get clicks because they're putting a spin on something the general public already knows about. You did the same thing, except instead of anime, celebrities, or other youtubers you used universally understood and experienced situations. I'd suggest you start branding your content, and continue catering to the "you know this thing? Now experience it animated and wacky" sub-genre of animated YouTube. I also think it'd be great if you use that over the top nature in documenting your animation process. Try using Blender and make a 3D animation and document it, make an animation with your friends/novice voice actors, recreate a scene from your childhood that inspired you. Tell a story. From what I've observed you want to base your content on personality. You want your thumbnails/premises to be catchy so people come, but you want to make the content engaging so they never leave. Tho that's just my opinion.

Keep hammering away man. YouTube is like that sometimes. It happens to me too where some videos just flop for no reason 😔

I think that the whole account takeover stuff has thrown your visibility off of a cliff. I'm subbed but got no notifications about your latest posts or vids. Only seeing them by chance while endlessly scrolling.
