On target, David! I agree! I have been listening to the Beatles since they 1st came over the radio and seeing them on TV for the Ed Sullivan show. A very fitting closer for their career! George Harrison did something like this when he did the song When We Was Fab back in the 1990s. BTW, I like your efforts as well, whether they are Beatlesque or something else. Rock on from the US my friend!

I hear all of the Beatles fingerprints on the song. The arrangement is classic Beatles as a band. However the actual song itself is very much a John Lennon song.

I am very pleased that many of you wrote me messages that you would like to see a video of what I think about the new Beatles song Now and Then. However, the video would be quite short because there is not much to say. Simply put, it's perfect. It is done very tastefully, a great mix that enhances the emotions of the whole song. A very dignified ending. I've heard it about 10 times already. What do you think?
