This was a life changing film for me. Before this I mostly just enjoyed franchise films like Star Wars or Harry Potter. This film single handedly got my 13 year old mind to believe in the power of cinema.

I'm going to agree with others. Gravity doesn't hold up. I wouldn't put it on a best 100 movies list. (I'll still watch the pod though. I'm willing to see your reasoning.)

If you need a space movie for the top 100 and don't want to go for the obvious 2001, please do Apollo 13 before Gravity
