Correct. I start my excercises at age of 50. Now feel much better than 5 years ago.

I just turned 62, training is not a routine it is a lifestyle. I also ride skateboards on the weekends, age is just a number use it or lose it.

I lost 50 pounds and started moving but I got depressed and gained 40 pounds back. I will turn 69 in a few months. I just don’t know how to get started or what to do. I lost my spouse and life has no meaning. I don’t want weights at my age. I need help. Anyway, I love watching your videos and shorts. They inspire me and give me hope. I wish I had found you at a younger age. Good job.

Question: How can I modify for injuries. I'm 37 now but had a bad car accident 5 years ago. I had a terrible spiral fracture on my right leg. My ankle has no cartlidge and foot reconstruction is the only option I've been provided to try realigning the structure. My left was fractured, too, but not as bad and healed well (that's my good ankle) and received an RTHR about 3 years ago. My neck was fused, and I broke my acetabular as well, so I have lots of hardware. My arch collapsed in R foot, so it hurts to walk without something on my foot. I really want to build more strength since I'm no longer in PT and I've gained weight, but I feel I'm limited with what I have. Please help! I would love to work to lose about 40 lbs and tone / strengthen muscles.

Hysterical strength Get overloaded on that sweet life-or-depth adrenaline and summon enough strength to rip your muscle fibers apart

True. Most people are lazy too so the donut usually wins over getting a sweat on! 🫣
