I'd like to see more regular sized 1 BR apartments like 50-70 sq meters. Or one and two bedroom condos. There have been so many studios and micro-apartments that could only serve for short term stays for most people.

Both. But houses are more diverse. Apartments can all be very similar. So I selected houses.

I like both, but since I'm a homeowner in the US...and would never consider moving into an apartment...I'm more interested in seeing how new homes are built, how old homes were built, how they're heated and how big properties are in both rural and suburban areas in other countries.

House tours, I'm privileged to never have lived in an apartment. I don't want to live in a bldg with hundreds of other people at the same time. The noise of my neighbors, even worse what if one of them accidentally starts a fire. . .
