Lockdown is literally the same from the actual film, except that it's like a Sentinel Prime situation from TfOne where it leads to the Autobot and Decepticon conflict. In this instance it would be the end of the Truce they made at the end of DotM in this Rewrite.
Lockdown would have a new color scheme and the faction logos from his previous hunts. (Logos help with expanding the universe)
Shadow Raiders will come in two variants, they will have the same role from the film but many would get destroyed by the Autobots and Decepticons.
Lockdown and Cemetery Wind would have been the ones to kill Sam, this has Bumblebee losing complete faith in humanity. This turns him into Stinger, so no KSI copy, it's just Bumblebee.
Themes Explored: This would be an instance of great character writing to show the contrast between Optimus and Bumblebee; with how Bumblebee got lost in darkness and revenge. While Optimus got rid of his bitterness and contempt for humans with the help of Cade.
Yes before you guys comment, Bumblebee is staying as Stinger. It's just more impactful that way to have the first Autobot we see end up turning into a Decepticon and have him stay that way.
