Thank you thank you thank you to my great friend Oliver who rushed over to my home moments after i called him telling him i’m an extremely intense energy saying i’m making this song called life and it’s pouring out of me and i’m feeling a lot and i have a visual idea and it involves shaving my head. he said, i’m on my way. I was finishing the song as he drove over and booking the first warehouse space i could find on my phone. i played him the song when he arrived, we drove over to the warehouse and got a shaver and straight jacket on the way, my heart was exploding and beating fast with pain, excitement, confusion, and we typed out the shots we wanted to get on the way there. and then we just shot it. raw. in the moment as i was exploding, transforming, feeling the deep pains of evolution and loneliness and distrust… and he captured me in the pain, the surrender, the explosion, the cleanse and the rebirth. cycles of life. i am forever grateful to him for letting me express myself in the way i did. the whole point of being an artist. thanks ollie i love you ♥️
