Hey my friends, a quick correction here. In my tomato pickle recipe, I stated you can keep it outside for a month. I realized that if you do not consume pickle every day then it would be wise to keep it in the refrigerator to be on the safe side rather than keeping it out at room temperature. In the refrigerator it can keep for months. So those of you who already made the pickle please do keep it in the refrigerator. My apologies for the confusion.
