It's important to understand that even though certain content may be in the public domain, there can still be restrictions on how it is used or distributed. While the content itself may not be subject to copyright restrictions, there could be other legal considerations at play. For example, if a video was released through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) process, it might come with certain usage restrictions or requirements specified by the agency that released it. These restrictions could include limitations on commercial use, modifications, or redistribution.

Use this for the videos on Sept. 12, Vids. Fair Use Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.

Thanks to user @recklesflam1ngo968 for bringing this to my attention!
I hate it when people trying to take down videos retroactively which are long in public domain, because those were released through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) process, in this case by the U.S. agency National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
