I found self improvement, and it led me to Christianity, and I realized it was the exact wisdom of why to self improve. Praise God. And thank you Hamza, you were part of my journey on realizing that life is more than just mere flesh and desire. Thank you Hamza

After 3 years after discovering self improvement, I'm still addicted to weed, and some times corn, not always keeping my exercise as much as I would like, not sleeping perfectly every night, not meditating every morning. But still I'm improving tremendously each season, getting better opportunities, more friends, more girl attention, more fun and peace. This recently accelerated by following inner alignment and spirituality. Hamza also been an important part of my journey especially in 2023.❤. I wish you all to discover yourselvs and become your best version each day and have fun.

None of the above. I started on Thursday night and am going strong w/o an inconsistency in my goals yet.

For a lot of my journey, it's fluctuated. But I've had a lot of growth. The growth often came from me cutting certain things about my life more than adding. But adding is very important and it's the other half of the solution. Cut out the noise for focus, then actually do the work.

I don’t think self improvement should be a thing that we necessarily ‘start’ and ‘stop’ speaking for myself personally I feel like it’s a journey that is consistently ongoing and figuring out day by day

I have a lot more ruts than the average person, and i do a lot of bad habits, but it's my mindset that puts me apart from everyone else

You know, there was a time where I’d say Hamza saved my life, but then I realized something, the only one who saved my life was me. Yeah his advice is good when you’re down in the dumps but following it blindly, that’s not self improvement. I started watching Hamza about 3-4 years ago and within that time my life has made a u-turn, I probably only watched Hamza for a year and a half of that before I realized that in order to self improve I’d need to be my self. Meditating and journaling and reading have been great hobbies I picked up from Hamza (I was already consistent on gym before hand) but everything else he preaches has negatively impacted my life. I tried following hamzas dating advice, got a girl, we lasted about 2 months bc I was a dumbass and listened to this guy. About a year and a half ago I got into another relationship and this time did what I thought would be better and we’ve been going strong for a year and a half. Hamza said don’t ever play video games or watch anime. And for a while I did none of that shit. Then once I stopped listening to everything Hamza said I decided I’d play one game. And that game taught me more about how I want to live my life then Hamza ever did or could. It taught me how valuable life is and the importance of the fact that you will die one day. It taught how important friendship and a brotherhood really is. It taught me how to finally fucking get over my depression which Hamza never could. My point being is that story’s can teach powerful lessons. Weather that’s from a book or a show or a anime or a game. And those stories have made me a much better man then Hamza ever did. It’s honestly a shame to see what you’ve become, or maybe rather what you always were. I appreciate what you did for me back then man but you gotta move on and actually grow as a person like every other one of your og fanbase did. It’s time you listen to you own advice and stick to a set of gosh darn morals.

Life is full of ups and downs, in my experience you can't go linearly upwards forever, you will fall. It's what makes us human, how else would you improve and learn? Just get back up and try again. Take as much time as you need tho, life is full of experiences waiting for you to experience them.
