I liked it! Doesn’t need so many jokes maybe but loved the one about potato peeling at the beginning. I also would have liked it if you explained why you added a little liquid to the sour cream because my dumbass would have tried to skip that and end up with it curdling in the soup!

looks delicious! i enjoy the video format, i assume that as a content creator it can be tough to try to break out of the algorithmic game and try to make content that maybe wont get pushed to as many folks (because it cant be mindlessly consumed as easily). i hope you continue with long form videos (even quick ones like this) because i think theres a lot of value in adding even just a minute or two of intentional, thought-out content. love to see it
