As someone who had a child with alopecia, let me tell you, chris rock deserved every bit of this slap, he should have educated himself before he told a joke on a national platform, and in front of audience of thousands that SHE was sitting in, if my kid would of been sitting there when audience started laughing at joke, i would have done worse, will smith is 100% justified for the outburst imo

Last thing i want to do is disrespect anyone with alopecia or argue for the sake of arguing, but i feel will's reaction was uncalled for. If chris knew jada was suffering from such a condition then i take back my statement, but i dont think it was rock's job to find out who every attendee was going to be and research indepth to make sure he knew every possible taboo subject to avoid. Until reading the comments on one of the first vids uploaded last night i didnt even know jada had alopecia and just thought she kept her hair that way out of personal preference. And i dont know if chris knew she suffered from it either, but if he did it would have been pretty low of chris. Worst of all is that it looks like will laughed along til he turned and saw jada unhappy so now it seems like he was trying to save face with her.
