Qigong with Kseny

On Sunday’s Zoom, we spoke about how the energy of the season shifts from the vibrant activity of summer into the slower rhythm of autumn. Yet many of us keep moving at the same pace and our bodies and emotions begin to feel the strain.

In TCM, autumn invites us to slow down and breathe deeper.


Daily breathing practice expands the chest, regulates the flow of energy through the heart center, and creates space for lightness — both physically and emotionally.


Today’s calendar practice is one of my favourite for this time of year. It sets the tone for the day, clears the head, and gently lifts lingering emotions like sorrow or sadness.
