You guys need to make this a video, like editors got talent and have the applicants edit a small video, and you judge and interview them. If that's allowed 😅😂

Some of your editors in the past have a reoccurring incident where the audio or gameplay is delayed by like a single second and it’s bad cause you guys react to smt that happens a second in the future or a second in the past
