I LOST MY VIDEO THAT I HAD SPENT MANY, MANY, MANY HOURS ON!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭

It's very hard to explain, but here's a short explanation.

It was not yet finished, and in the editing app (CapCut) it was saved JUST on a phone I turned into a store. I told them I wanted that phone back, even if they had to replace it, because it was something REALLY, REALLY IMPORTANT on it, the employees in the store seemed to care, but those who replaced it didn't give a shit! We had seven+ phone calls, and it took 15 minutes to reach them EVERY SINGLE TIME. And when someone took it, they said they would fix it. BRUUUUUUH 😡😡😡
