It's such an incredible place, the region is so extensive. Obviously they've done lots of excavations there (mainly late 90s to early 2000s) but there's still so much left to uncover.
It takes a huge amount of labour to excavate even a small section of tunnels and there are literally thousands of vertical shafts that are unexcavated and hundreds of miles of tunnels. Who knows what more there could be to discover down there?
