Really enjoyed the baneblade charity stream (and the accompanying elden ring stream) from last year! Having some sort of giveaway is definitely the go-to cheat code for generating interest in these kind of streams, especially now that people seem to have much less disposable income.

1) Working on a model sounds like a great idea, I know i'd be interested. I've yet to fully build a mini starting from sprues, so seeing the process in real time would be a nice sort of tutorial. 2) Not necessarily. Jingle Jam could be especially unique in some way. 3) Sounds like a winning time slot, but maybe you can experiment! 4) Definitely. Here's an idea i'm just throwing out into the immaterium. What if you built and/or painted a model during the stream and give it away at the end? You could even incorporate Jingle Jam into the same theme by bringing on guests, or working on a bigger/ more expensive mini, having a vote on what model it'll be, etc. flails arms The ideas write themselves at this point!

Absolutely will tune in. Saturday nights or Thursdays I reckon are decent. Looking forward to it

I cant say if youd get more viewers for a painting stream, same with giveaways but Saturdays seems like a fine time? Btw every Kirioth episode of AdRic is just plain better :)

I don't think doing smaller streams etc for charity will take away from your bigger one with Jingle Jam. Like people have already said, they are coming for the giveaway for that and it will be a bigger giveaway. Painting/building a model is a good way especially as it is something you enjoy and that's why we're here essentially, to share in that enjoyment. The contribute to get things added/choosing colours is a good way to get the participation too. Really enjoyed what you did for Jingle Jam and a smaller version of that would be incredible. But also, anything you decide to do I will probably be there. Evening would probably be best as you will be able to get the US lot involved too.

I think it's all a great idea if you choose to build or paint while streaming that tends to encourage me to paint mine lol so it's a win win

That was no baneblade was it not the girthhammer? The key however would be to A:make sure to have it be at a healthy time for yourself . B:make sure that it's something that would be open to goals"100+ candles" on a single marine would be tricky.

OI gang I've been thinking a lot about how we could do monthly charity streams similar to the ones we did for Jingle Jam last year (and potentially later this year...? Maaaaaybeeeee?) and I wanted to get some feedback. I want to reserve big projects like the absurd Baneblade for events like Jingle Jam, but I also want to do a once a month stream (with much smaller goals).
Now this won't be a poll because some of my questions aren't really yes or no jobs, so:
1) Would people be more likely to tune in/contribute to these charity streams if we were building, or painting a model?
2) Do you think doing these streams would make the big fundraising streams for Jingle Jam (for example) less special and reduce interest?
3) What time/day would be more convenient? Once a month on a Saturday night feels like a good call, what do you reckon?
4) Do you think people would be more likely to tune in/contribute if there was a giveaway of some kind for each stream?
If you're able to give me some feedback on this I'd really appreciate it. Thanks everyone!
