My great grandma just died today at age 104.She was 6 when TV was invented, 18 when WW2 started, and 48 during the first moon landing.She seemed to have three secrets to long life:1. She ate healthy, never overeating or getting fast food. Mostly fruits and vegetables2. Even in old age, she was always active, still walking and doing house chores past age 1003. Possibly most importantly, she had an unusually positive and stress-free attitude and was always surrounded by familyShe lived a rural, low-income life in Mexico but still made the most of it. We should try to be more like her

She lived a rural, low-income life in Mexico but still made the most of it. We should try to be more like her
