The blue light from your smartphone is very mild even at full brightness and doesn't affect eyes even if extreme prolonged exposure. Reality is if you are outdoors with sun out, even in open shade, hundreds of times of more Blue light will enter your eyes in an instance then it would from 1 hour from your phone. Sun emits wayy more blue light then your screen. So anyone thinking they are preventing there eyes by turning on night mode... You're not.

I always use the "night mode" and my eyes have become used to the yellowish color so I dont feel weird whenever it would normally switch. ^^' other people notice it though..

The screen is never dark enough in the middle of the night

Light mode causes me to have migraines so I never really turn off dark mode

On top of using dark mode, I still turn on blue light filter when I'm actually in a dark room

I use night mode but that’s not why. I feel like all answers are fraudulent for me to choose

No. My eyes actually feel blessed when I watch anime girls late night. How can it hurt?

I think my phone calls it eye comfort, rather than night mode. I mistook night mode as dark mode HAHAHA

Do you use nightmode on your phone to reduce blue light?
