A check in post procedure. Finally got my results back from the biopsy, they ended up having to get my samples through my jugular and in the middle of my liver. Didn’t show any damage from an autoimmune disease. So that flips the original false positive for an autoimmune condition. Now we’re back to not knowing the actual cause of the liver damage. So no medication will be given and from now on it will be a maintenance of my health and monitoring my bloodwork a few times a year to make sure nothing progresses. I still stand behind my thoughts of being proactive and having your MELD score tested at least once to check on your status. Liver disease (specifically fatty liver) isn’t talked about much but it’s actually creeping up to one of the highest health issues that is not found until it’s too late. As of now it looks like we may have found mine early enough that i should be ok. Just since i have been dealing with this we have had several people we know or their family members have similar problems, one of them didn’t make it 2 weeks after diagnosis and the other spent 10 days in ICU and thankfully pulled through. And on a side note you don’t have to be overweight to have a fatty liver, there are a lot of supplements out there that can contribute to this and you definitely need to monitor what you’re putting in your body these days. Hopefully I can get fully back to normal and find a way to bring yall some content back, it’s just been stressful the last 4 months dealing with all this and it’s all but depleted any funds I have had to acquire products to mess around with. Y’all stay safe and have a great day. Catch you soon (hopefully).
