Order from most needing to least needing. Main goal is to get better a xcountryskiing so.. 1. Hips - important in any ski technique to be able to hip hinge and be able to use your hips to generate force. I do struggle to feel my hips but it's def. getting better. 2. Core/spine - I barely feel my core at all which is not good as its important for everything. also slowly getting better 3. Shoulders / upper back - also important, also limited for me but I have "enough" mobility that it's not my bottleneck right now. 4. Ankles / feet. - same as above, could be better but I have enough that's its not a bottleneck.
