Hey, everybody! New 4K video arrives tomorrow (Saturday the 8th) at 7:15 AM Pacific Time! It’s titled “Deep and Dangerous: Exploring a Massive, Multilevel Abandoned Mine From the Bottom.” The four pictures in this post show some of the things we saw while exploring this incredible mine. Please click the images to see the entire shot.
Once again I met up with Jeff from OTG Exploring (@otgexploring ). We made our way underground through two adjacent mines we explored a month earlier which led to the lowest level of a third massive, former gold mine where we had to climb up ladders to access all the other levels that were above us. We literally explored this third mine upward from its bottom. It was quite the adventure! Along the way we explored stopes that had their own systems of tunnels. We also found dangerous, fractured areas in this mine as well as some pretty substantial collapses. My oxygen meter did beep once to indicate potential low oxygen levels, but the readout was still in the safe range.
I think you’ll enjoy tomorrow’s video! As always, your ongoing support and interest are appreciated. Thank you! 👍
*NOTE: Last month’s video featured the two connected abandoned mines we explored which led us to the bottom of the massive mine that you’ll see in tomorrow’s video. That older video is titled “Unbelievable! We Found Underground Connections to Three Abandoned Mines!” If you missed watching it, get caught up now by using this link:
