Done the survey! Really looking forward to your app. 🤩 I forgot to mention that it would be great to have different types of memberships so that everyone can benefit and access it. For example, free allows workouts, £x allows workouts and plans, £xx allows the above + meal plan, £xx allows the above + extra feature - or similar. Could help retain loyalty to your app as people’s finances fluctuate in the current climate

An easy meal plan that will fit everyone’s different dietary/ macronutrient needs based on their goals. (Pescatarian, vegan, etc. )I’ve always struggled with eating adequate calories that meet my goals for someone who works out 5 to 6 times a week.

Gevarieerd gebruik van eiwitbronnen! Ik mag bijvoorbeeld geen peulvruchten en veel andere mensen verdragen zuivel minder goed, dus ideeën over hoe je met dat soort beperkingen wel op een haalbare manier dagelijks je eiwitdoel kunt behalen, zou top zijn!
