I bought a hoodie from you guys and it still in printing process, I order it on nevember 2 i don’t understand why is it taking you guys so long for 1 hoodie lol. I already reach out to support services and they keep telling me the same thing, that I will receive an email notifying me when it will be done and sent and I payed extra for fast shipping. It was supposed to be delivered from November 9 to November 12. It’s already the 13 and my item hasn’t even been done. It’s still in printing process. I got done dirty by you guys and is my first time buying for brutal bikes. I payed $70 for a hoodie lol. That’s crazy I hope the next time I buy it isn’t such a negative experience. Because I love your hoodies.
