Magnanatosuchus is an enormous species of bipedal crocodilian that resides in lakes, marshes and swamps in The World Below. It is an omnivore in nature, feeding on fish and underwater vegetation, its preferred prey are large crustaceans and mollusks at the bottom of lakes. Capable of holding its breath for several hours, it's capable of diving several hundred feet to find its prey. Its teeth are very rounded and blunt, optimal for crushing hard bodied prey.
Its large size and bulky build make it intimidating to most predators. When threatened, it lets out deep growls and bellows or may simply retreat into deeper water where predators can't follow. Demeanor wise, they are rather docile, tho it is unadvised to get too close to them. They spend most of their time in water, though it will actively come on land to eat things such as fruits.
We don't have much data on this species as it is very elusive and seemingly has a low population.
