Hi Jagger. I just wanted to add a fact for the doc. I heard that Disney was going to have the BE characters as the main cast for Little Einsteins, according to some early trademarks. However, for some reason, they scrapped this idea, and instead, the original kid characters were chosen. (BE characters going on adventures. That would have been nice.😏

i wonder if the songs not in the baby neptune video were meant for any scenes in the video before the final video tracklist was decided, and if so where EDIT: i also want to see what the cut puppet show meant for it where they have raincoats on is like if it can be found :)

Well I can see a lot of stuff including some scrapped titles which included baby Barnum which if I remember correctly Antonio wolanin did make it happen and soon krazy krok will make it too

Not only did they make Fox & the hound 2 (my least favorite movie of all time) they also added the dancing boo toy and it was weirdly creepy to me, I feel like they should have just not used it and not get the licensing If I owned baby Einstein I would remove it from the video entirely and replace it with the original clip of Siena Also the show it comes from is absolute garbage That is one of the many reasons why Cbeebies/Qubo Are My Least Favorite Kids Show Channels

Hey! I'm the guy (Luke) that found some of the info on the Playskool toys some years ago, particularly the patent for the Baby Mozart Melody Maker. I've admittedly regained a bit of interest in this community and have been lurking around a little. Reading through your document made me realize ... wow, there's a lot more history and tidbits about Baby Einstein that the community has found than I have expected, I am truly impressed. I wanted to chime in with a couple of things about misc. merchandise that have been rocking my mind, unsure if the community knows already but I figured it would be worth a hoot. -The Baby Mozart Melody Maker was half-released as the "Create-A-Song Drop 'n Play" with different programming under the generic Playskool label. I assume they did this as they had a perfectly good design that was patented and wanted to make the investment worth it. A commercial can be found online and it also pops up on a designer's portfolio at (http://www.deacongh.info/product-design-1.html) ... the same one as the Baby Newton Wonder Box. -Most of the toys from Equity Marketing are their own can of worms. Unlike Kids2, the narration of any electronic toy sounds nothing like Julie. The classical song arrangements also appear to be completely different, hardly resembling those released in the videos and CD's (again unlike Kids2). Did they strike a deal with Disney to have the rights to characters and name only? Or is this Equity's own spin on things? -I can't guarantee that this is real, or if it was a fever dream ... I think there's concept art floating around somewhere of the Playskool toys. I specifically remember the Touch and Play Pipes, but they had smiley faces on them, closely resembling those on Studio Colors markers from Dollarama. If I manage to unearth it again, I'll let you know.

this document aims to catalog all of the unanswered questions in Baby Einstein - specifically of each of the 28 main videos. that is what our next video will be, going through each video one by one to recap everything we just don't know about them. still working out a title, but with this video you will have the opportunity to suggest something to be covered in it! take a look at the doc and see if there's anything you think is missing that you'd like to see talked about. if you have an idea, comment it in the comments section below on this post and if I think it's a good idea that I'd also like to see covered, I'll put it on the doc and in the video as well. I'd like to thank everyone who helped with the doc already as this isn't something I could even try to fully recap on my own. Share your suggestions below!
