I think the Chainsaw Man movie actually broke me. I wasn't a huge fan of the first season (I've heard some people say it's a poor adaptation so maybe that's the case) but I enjoyed it enough to invest myself in the series to come. The movie came out and I've already seen it twice in theaters, contemplating a third. I've seen movies in theaters multiple times before, but it was always due to different friend groups wanting to see it at different times and me wanting to spend time with my friends. I've NEVER gone to theaters more than once for a movie in my life purely for the quality of the movie, so this is a first for me. I might make a short video about it to gush without any strict format or script just to push something out while I work on other stuff. I don't think I have a ton to contribute to this conversation, I think my praises are pretty in line with what most people are saying, but I wanna say what I wanna say anyway. This movie is that one in ten movies that Makima was talking about, it's so astronomically peak I'm gonna throw up.
