A good tinfoil dinner. I chop up cabbage, potatoes, onions, beef, and seasonings. Double wrap it and toss it into the fire embers.

What is the weather supposed to be like there? Vegetable stew, like the one you made without needing additional water and cast iron cornbread. Maple syrup and butter is nice on the cornbread too for breakfast with bacon or Canadian ham and some eggs. Fruit salad for additional nutrients and hydration throughout the day to snack on. Have fun! 🙂

Garlic creamy chicken, can throw it next to different veggies from asparagus to potatoes or if feeling very hungry even with pasta.

If you are sharing camping - tested recipes later, please consider vegetarian ones ❤️🙏❤️ I have never camped after going vegan. My people don't do soups. Barely even stews. I would love to see anything you can cook on a stick. But not smores. Or that you can boil (like a hot dog) but it is not eaten like a soup. What to prep and how. The last thing I want is drama (hence the lack of camping so far). Wishing you, above all, lots of fun and enjoyment

Hainanese chicken rice...mostly cause it sounds like something you can leave in a pot when you go adventuring.

This probably doesn't apply to the area you're going to, but if you ever camp where there are things you can forage.. a recipe that's a combination of your own ingredients and some from the land would be very interesting.

Going on another week long camping trip next week.
Where are some things I should try making? Given my limitations I’ll do my best.
