GWTW was made by Selznick Studios, not WB. MGM provided some financing, and Gable, and bought it from Selznick later in the 1940s, and sold it to WB decades later.

"Gone with the Wind" IS a Warner Brothers film. Turner bought MGM, and then WB bought Turner. WB Owns ALL the MGM films made prior to 1986.
