I am in prayer and fasting, too. I started with a 3 day bone broth fast to reset my palette. I got off sugar and highly processed foods. I am now back on whole foods when I am eating, but spend Mon to Fri fasting and eat freely on weekends.

You got this. I fasted for 40 days. You have to start with 1. It’s like building muscles - like weight training. Increase your weight each time you workout. Psalm 23 helped me a lot
