My husband and I loved it!! We keep telling each other "remember, good coffee is worth getting excited about" when we start to laugh at our excitement for the next morning's coffee. Bravo with this one, cinematically and intellectually it was captivating!

It’s clear that this video came straight from your happy place. As long as your heart is in it, there will be an audience for it. Keep up the creativity!!

The production level was so good, I was distracted by the visuals and had to rewatch it by listening only. Bravo!

I’m a coffee addict so I watch all of James’ videos but, to be honest, if he was talking about snails or stamps I’d still watch it because he’s such a nice guy.😄

Oh the video was absolutely fantastic! I watched it while experimenting with making espresso tonics. It highlighted the very thing that kickstarted my coffee journey. I was drinking a cup of Keurig coffee that tasted like water. "For how great everyone says coffee is...this can't be right". And then...fresh beans→ Percolator→french press→pour over→entry espresso machine→prosumer grinder→prosumer espresso machine. I also thought the use of the orchestra analogy was BRILLIANT! James Hoffman's been there for my entire journey. 💪

One of your best videos ever. Everyday I feel the sadness when I finish my coffee and then I can't wait until it's the next day to brew me and my wife the day's cup. Thank you for all your knowledge and your weirdness. In this house we love you exactly for that..

You’ve outdone yourself! This is such a joy to watch… and yes, I too go to bed every night anticipating that I may make a great coffee the next morning.

My wife doesn't watch your videos but she heard the sadness segment, busted out laughing, and asked for me to restart the video because it had piqued her interest. Well done on all fronts.

This has been the best piece of content you have ever dropped. I adore it. I hope it becomes viral, and is shared with all people getting into the world of coffee ☕

That thumbnail has to be the goofiest I've ever seen from James and I love it.

My boyfriend doesn’t drink coffee, but he watched the entire video with me and loved it!

I’ve sent this to some friends that aren’t into coffee but like whiskey. The way you dictate tasting a complex drink like coffee perfectly fits with whiskey too. Excellent video James.

I thought you knew that this masterpiece was to be received exceptionally well!

Publishing this video last week was genuinely terrifying. It is our most ambitious, complex and weird video to date, and I've been relieved and delighted at how it's been received. Experimentation has always been really important to us, as is showcasing how wonderful and interesting coffee can be. This is a combination of those things, and making it allowed us to work with a tonne of super-talented people (check the description!). If you haven't seen it yet, then I hope you'll give it a watch!
