I've learned over the years I can't excuse my shit mental health or my autism for when I do something wrong unless it's quite literally something I cannot help or change.
If I fuck up? I apologize. I admit where I went wrong. I try to make up with the person. I try my absolute HARDEST to improve upon where it happened.
Sometimes we have a step forward and two steps back. Sometimes we as people improve for a while, but then we fall back into fucking up again. So I try even harder to improve.
Nobody is perfect. People fight. People do shit they shouldn't, make bad decisions.
And that's completely okay, as long as you acknowledge and realize that your actions aren't completely okay.
Nobody is a perfect angel. People do shit wrong. I do shit wrong. But I've grown, moved on, yeah maybe I've had times where my improvement went down the gutter and I regressed. But in the end what matters is that at the end of the day, I'm improving.
