I mean, they called it “Pro” for a reason. That still leaves room for Apple Vision” and “Apple Vision Air”

I think they should allow multiple logins which will justify this to exist in a household. Currently you’re paying $3500 for a device that only 1 person could use.

It’s a really good idea, have it as a satellite device to the phone like the watch it, but also let us connect it to a Mac to work as a second monitor (or even as a sole monitor)

I’d consider this if it could plug into either iPhone, iPad or Mac. $1,000 to $1,500 works for me.

Come on Tim…. Where’s the folding phone? It’s ‘bout time now….

It makes all the sense in the world for the Vision Pro to use the Phone for computing and Watch for touch input. It feels a lot like what Meta is trying to do with their AR glasses, but Apple already creates the accessory products!

I’m fine with a VR headset that is tethered to my iPhone so long as the headset is reasonably priced.

A €1500 wireless monitor replacement with the same resolution as the current vision pro would be a sweet deal. But I think just removing the outward screens wont cut the price by that much unless the internal screens come down by a lot

It’s a necessity. Meta is embracing a wireless computer puck for its AR system. I personally think that’s more of a realistic mainstream product than restrictive VR headsets. It still looks like you’re looking at world threw snorkels.

I think apple should make glasses like what meta announced that are tethered to the iPhone and Apple watch initially. And they should be called "iGlass" or "iWear"

Sure, I'd rather have a puck where all the computing power is done, and it's funny because Apple is currently doing that with visionOS 2.2 with the widescreen. I think that's the right direction. And give people a vision display instead of an in-body computer.

I tried it for a half hour in my local Apple Store. It is pretty cool kit and the images you can view on it are amazing. But I wouldn’t consider getting it not just for the price point but you can’t share with another what you’re viewing without taking it off and letting them wear it. Then their eyes need to also be calibrated to use it. It also takes a while to get used to looking at something and then using gestures to undertake an action. Be interested if they do bring out an air/slimmed down version.

$3500 may have been too much! Would you get a cheaper iPhone tethered version of Vision Pro Apple is considering?
