So mmmeat having trouble finding the rom I only found the bps file which is the patchfile so while I try to find the game i will play sonic battle Sonic Story and there are a lot of mods so if you have one let me know here will upload it today if i don't get any suggestions then I'll just do it regular now I'll wait for you ( remember I'm uploading it today)
