That’s GREAT! Don’t stop now… it only gets better! I just celebrated my 10th year, recovery is possible! Pls note: I never did state it’ll be easy, you’ve got to stay determined and it will be worth it.

Heck yea, glad to hear it!! Bet your short-term memory storing is getting sharper. I know mine does when I'm not smoking. As well as I'm also thinking of quitting both too. On top of all the unhealthy things that come with it, I miss dreaming quite a lot and believe it to be a vital process.

No wonder I can't lose weight. I have to start smoking and drinking and then stop first.

When I stopped drinking I never lost a single pound and it made me realize all the things I thought were hangover sensations were just how my body naturally felt

I don't know if i can cut both, but im working on nicotine and beer. Your progress is inspirational!

Any tips on the alcohol thing? I'm not a heavy drinker but my 2 daily glasses of red might be the reason why it's so hard to lose weight even with exercise and eating well

Kizzume
Since quitting weed and alcohol (I'm at 52 days clean now), I've lost 35 pounds and am quite happy about it.
