The feat-
Baku processes every single possible poker hand which could make a card
We can find how much he calculated by considering each card a well ordered subset ( with one card( element) coming first then the next and the set having a total of 5 cards / element) of a set containing 52! arrangements of a poker dec,the total number of the ways the subset can be arranged is 52*51*50*49*48 or 31,18,75,200.
Now there are 31,18,75,200 possible arrangements for one card ,for 5 cards there is 31,18,75,200*5 or 1,55,93,76,000 arrangements .
Now even thus number falls short of the actual feat as air poker lasted 5 rounds thus he calculated all of this 5 times (we can guess this since without this his strategy wouldn’t have worked) and the total number of possibilities were 1,55,93,76,000*5 or 7,79,68,80,000 .

Additional things to consider

Baku likely visualised each of the 7,79,68,80,000 cards ,if all the cards were arranged in a rectangle the area of the rectangle would be 432 kilometres or a small country ( you can ask an ai for the calculation) .
