That’s absurd? With the backlash that platforms already have for being so “pro-ai”, you’d think YouTube would be a little more considerate with the features it’s releasing. I wish there were more artist friendly platforms out there to use.

That's the problem with YouTube. They don't listen to their users, they just push new policies and launch experiments with no concern for the comfort or enjoyment of their enormous username, because ultimately, they're still making money.

apparently Youtube is automatically using ai upscaling on shorts.... so I guess now my lineart just looks like goopy over sharpened slop???? it'd be nice if we could at least chose to toggle it on or off smh...
