It’s crazy. I still remember the night I found this channel. The snake island series. Stayed up until 4 in the morning watching it knowing I had school in the morning. Glad to see it’s still going strong.

Wow! Acorn laden lands used to have wars fought over them because they wee such a viable food source. I really need to try some of them. I finally got to try prickly pears up here in Canada and I can see how those seeds would get dangerous, they're so tasty and it's easy to swallow all those seeds.

We may just need some nice acorn recipes to try out if you have any. Our Family has made pecan patties since forever. I wonder if the acorn nuts could be traded out for the pecans? 🤔 you're giving me ideas. lo

That’s a lot of nuts. You and the local squirrels must fight a lot.

How is the situation with that large amount of tannins? Im not even 30% sure what they do but ive heard they're a bad chemical to have large quantities in you.

I still have about 100 pounds of acorns from last years gathering. Acorns are one of my favorite food staples that I consume almost every day. Some of the ways I use them is for making pancakes, nutrition bars, and acorn mush. I don't have the time to share everything I do in video format. If you want to learn more about what I do, what I'm learning, and current projects I'm working on, then sign up for my Primal Tendencies newsletter. I think you'll enjoy it. eepurl.com/jfZxG-/
