Kinda a mix of all 3. I always listen to my coaches because coaches are the ones who will be setting us up for success. If they aren’t you have a bad coach. Know what your doing is everything you practiced, and implementing it into games. And then the atmosphere must have energy. Your teammates must be hype. Energy is contagious

It really depends If I’m still learning then it’s mouth shut, ears open but once I have some confidence in what I’m doing then I like to help others to figure out what I’ve learned

Depends. I'm all 3 and some mo shit. A hybrid mostly, not I also do MMA, Muay Thai, and all grappling (bjj, Judo, wrestling, catch, 10th Planet ajj, etc.)

Only problem with collaborative athletes is they get stuck on doing what they want too much sometimes when they NEED to change some shit up for better performance.

quiet at workouts n stuff but like when I workout at home I'm not, I only get to workout with heavy weight at my school once a week we can't afford gym membership and my house is too small for even just bench
