Yes Activa is one of the Guys and still one of my Favourite Producers , where keeps the Classic Touch in his Tracks ! without being too overfancy with crazy build ups and all other hyped shi.. unlike in the most Trance Tracks of Today … when you Know Robs older Tracks like Disclosure or Remember or Daydream you can still listen to his newer sounding Stuff , cause it sounds still like the Activa i discovered back in 2005 .

Activa is one of the reasons I started making music and defined the genre classic trance for me. Made so many timeless pieces. Also ATE are my go-to samples to this day. Cheer’s

This is great! I fell in love with in Essence back in the day and own it on Vinyl until today. I was intrigued to hear you say he is still one of those artists who has that ‘classic feel’ I’ve been a bit out of the scene and Would love to know who else in the genre falls in that category of producing quality then and now with that classic touch to it. Would you care to share some names? Cheers

Trance Classics
Not too often I post about a vinyl release that isn't classic Trance, but Activa (Rob Stevenson) has recently announced the second limited vinyl sampler from his third artist album 'Origins' , currently available to pre-order.
Rob is certainly one of the Trance producers I still keep up with these days, and whilst his productions do have that modern polish to them, they tend to be nice and classy with a certain degree of 'classic feels' found within.
'Origins' initially released on CD in 2021, but these are the full extended versions for those vinyl DJ's /collectors out there. I grabbed the first part of this one so looking forward to adding this to the collection too 😊
