Past 3 months I've had an intercostal muscle strain again for the third time in probably 3 years. This is probably the longest injury in that area I've had so far. It seems to be finally feeling better, but I am still going to take it easy on it for the next week. But after that, I think I need to focus on strength training in the intercostal muscle region, if anyone has some suggested lifts for that area, let me know in the comments below.
