Around 4 years ago I set a goal, that goal was to make the coolest game I could think of and not stop until it was finished. So here I am now, 7 days out from launching Len's Island, with that goal completed.
Now developed by two full-time devs and three amazing helping hands to make up for all the stuff Martin and I suck at. We have now managed to not only realize, but far exceed my ludicrous idea to make an open-world, crafting, farming, dungeon-crawler as a first game release. I'm really hopeful for the future and excited to build Flow Studio into something truly awesome. Though as it stands I've completed my goal, I made a game I can be truly proud of.
I have literally no idea how we managed to pull this off, but somehow it happened. I'm a firm believer that meaning stems from the recipe of conjuring your own motivation and having the courage to take persistent action on it. So that's what I've been doing for the past few years, working as hard as I humanly can, being the best version of myself I could, all to realise a goal and make myself proud.
Thank you to everyone for helping me along the way. None of this wouldn't have been possible without my friends, family, and the amazing community around Len's Island and Flow Studio. I hope you enjoy our game when it releases next week :)
